Georgetown Cupcake: DC Cupcakes Chocolate Chip cupcake

Mmmmmm...CHOCOLATE!  This cupcake really should be called Chocolate Chocolate Chip since it's all chocolate - frosting, cake, and chocolate chips inside the cake.  Not that I'm complaining, just a technicality, haha.  This would be a great cupcake for their regular rotation; I love the addition of the chocolate chips for texture and extra chocolate-ness :o) 

....this might be the most times I've written "chocolate" in a single post, haha.
