Here's another Georgetown Cupcake flavor from the TLC prize dozen, one of the last ones remaining I believe. It's the Vanilla & Chocolate cupcake: "Classic madagascar bourbon vanilla cupcake with a whipped Callebaut chocolate frosting topped with a fondant flower". As you can see the fondant flower on this one suffered a little due to defrosting as well, haha.
You can't really go wrong with a classic combo of vanilla and chocolate. Georgetown Cupcake's vanilla cake is really delicious- not overly vanilla-perfumy (yes I realize that's not a real word, but still, haha). The chocolate frosting is thick, more like a piped ganache vs. their cream-cheese frostings. If anyone's into classic flavor combinations, you'd be hard-pressed to find one more classic than this one :o)
