Sugarfina - Birthday Rewards

Being a Sugarfina rewards member definitely has its perks, like receiving my choice of a 3 piece candy bento box for my birthday! I went to a store to pick them out in person, and decided on some fruit-based gummies to try out:

- Pink Pineapples
- Pink Diamonds
- Blood Orange Fruttini

I can't wait to try these out!

Sugarfina x Alfred Coffee Candy Collection

How cute are these coffee-themed Sugarfina x Alfred collaboration goodies?? I pre-ordered these as soon as the collection was announced, because I can't resist something this cute and coffee themed!

There's a few different items to choose from in the collection, but I went with the coffee tumbler (which comes with a bag of cold brew and vanilla latte gummy bears), and the mini cups of vanilla latte and cold brew gummy bears.  These aren't just coffee-themed in the design, but actually have caffeine in them as well!  One of the mini cups of the cold brew gummy bears has the same amount of caffeine as 1 espresso shot.  For any fellow coffee lovers, these are a great way to enjoy the taste of coffee in cute gummy form!

Sugarfina Fukubukuro Surprise Bag

I was so happy to see that Sugarfina offered their Fukubukuro surprise bags at the beginning of this year, because it's always fun to see what flavors I get in the mystery bag!  "Fukubukuro" are surprise or mystery bags that are regularly offered in the New Year in Japan - lots of different brands offer bags and packages for a set price that are worth more than what you pay for.

For this Sugarfina bag, I got the $35 version, which came with everything you see above, plus the taster bag of Bourbon Bears that was the monthly member freebie.  This is such a fun way to try out some of the candies that I don't normally check out in the store, and also make for some great gifts too. I hope they keep offering the surprise bags in the future too!

Sugarfina - Birthday Reward

I recently went to Sugarfina to ask about my Sugarfina Rewards birthday gift that I received an e-mail about.  I was very happy to see that the member reward really was any 3 piece Bento box with my choice of cubes!  After spending a fair amount of time looking through all the different flavors, I decided to go with the Island Pineapples, Peanut Butter Peanuts, and Pink Flamingos.  I just couldn't resist the cute summery designs of the pineapples and flamingos, and of course I love anything with peanut butter!  If you're a fan of sweets and candies, the free rewards program is definitely worth checking out, especially for great benefits like this one!

Sugarfina Candy for Breakfast Collection

I am a huge fan of Sugarfina candies (especially the champagne gummy bears!), so I was pretty curious about their new Candy for Breakfast collection that they were promoting online recently.  I stopped in on Saturday morning while they were hosting an event for the new collection and got to try the new candy flavors!

In addition to free coffee, they had samples available of all three candies: Cinnamon Crunchies, Fruity Loops, and Gummy Eggs.  I especially loved how cute the little fried eggs looked! They were all tasty but I really liked the Cinnamon Crunchies with the perfect combination of milk chocolate and cinnamon flavors.

Also worth noting is how awesome the collection's chocolate bars looked!  There are three flavors of these as well: Marshmallow Cereal, Fruity Cereal, and Cinnamon Cereal.  As you can see with the Fruity Cereal bar in the photo, the whole chocolate bar is covered in cereal pieces.  The whole collection would be an awesome gift for anyone that loves cereal, or for a breakfast/brunch-themed party!
