Takeout Tuesday - Boston Creme Pie Cookie from Crumbl Cookies

 

This Boston Creme Pie cookie from Crumbl Cookies is definitely one of the more creative favorites I've tried so far! The cookie base is shaped like a mini pie crust, with a generous scoop of vanilla pudding and chocolate ganache.  This is such a fun take on Boston Creme pie, and since I already like those flavors this was a winner in my book for sure.  I hope this flavor comes back again soon! 

Takeout Tuesday - Buttermilk Pancake Cookie from Crumbl Cookies

 

I love all of the creative cookie flavors at Crumbl Cookies, and this Buttermilk Pancake is no exception!  From the smell alone it reminds me of a stack of warm pancakes, and I love the detail of the buttercream frosting "butter" to complete the look.  The cookie really does taste like pancakes with syrup, and was even better when it was briefly warmed up.  I hope that this one comes back again! 

Takeout Tuesday - Chocolate Potato Chip Cookie from Crumbl Cookies

Kicking off this year's Takeout Tuesday with an older item, but one that I hope comes back sometime soon this year!  This Chocolate Potato Chip cookie from Crumbl Cookies was the perfect mix of salty and sweet packed into a giant cookie.  All of the texture throughout the cookie made this a really unique cookie, especially since it doesn't have frosting like most of their other flavors.  I hope to see this one again soon!

 

Takeout Tuesday - Crumbl Cookie's Cookies and Cream Cookie

As someone that is a huge Oreo/cookies and cream fan, this was a sure thing when I saw it pop up on Crumbl Cookie's weekly menu haha!  This Cookies and Cream cookie was packed with Oreo chunks inside the cookie, and then topped with even more Oreo crumbles and a cream drizzle on top.  This has a ton of texture which I like, and was perfect with some iced coffee.  I really hope they bring this flavor back soon - it's so delicious and anyone that's a fan of Oreos would love this one!

Takeout Tuesday - Crumbl Cookies' Cornbread Cookie

 

This Cornbread cookie from Crumbl Cookies is definitely one of their more unique flavors, I'm glad I had a chance to try it when it was available!  While cornbread might seem weird for a cookie, it's really not too crazy considering a lot of cornbread is pretty sweet to begin with.  Other famous places have their own versions of corn cookies that I've enjoyed before so I knew I'd like Crumbl's too. This version consists of a warm cornbread cookie topped with a honey butter glaze and a dollop of honey buttercream.  While I think the cookie was great as is without the toppings, it definitely added to the whole "cornbread with butter" look which was fun.  I hope they bring this one back again!
