Happy Takeout Tuesday! I recently enjoyed this seasonal Summer Corn Caesar salad from Sweetgreen. I did make a few modifications to the original salad - my version has Romaine, wild rice, black beans, roasted corn and peppers, tomatoes, crispy rice, tortilla chips, hot sauce, and Caesar dressing. So many different textures and flavors, and super delicious!
If you are a Sweetgreen member through their app, you also get a credit on your birthday, which is what I used for this salad - but I'll be sure to go back to get this again while it's on the seasonal menu!
