Takeout Tuesday - Sweet Corn Turtle Chips
This is not the usual restaurant takeout post, but I love these Korean Turtle chips so much I had to share.
I also know that these are not anything new, but they're just so unlike any other snack chips that I've tried before in both texture and flavor. They remind me of the round turtle shells in Mario games, haha. The layers in each puffy chip are so thin and crispy, and the sweet corn flavor is just like the corn soup mixes popular in Asia. It's pretty sweet if you're not used to it, but to me it's a perfect sweet and savory mix that makes these so tasty. I really want to find more flavors of these Turtle chips to try all of them!

Takeout Tuesday - National Croissant Day at Sunday Morning Bakehouse
I personally love all of the random National food holidays - especially when you can get something fun to celebrate! Yesterday was apparently National Croissant Day, and to celebrate Sunday Morning Bakehouse offered a free mini croissant with every purchase.
I bought the new Nutella twist which is delicious and a fun take on a traditional croissant. The Nutella and hazelnut pieces twisted into the flaky dough is really good! The free mini croissant was bigger than I was expecting and will definitely make for a tasty sandwich soon.
