Double the chocolate, double the yum! This is Georgetown Cupcake's chocolate-tastic Double Milk Chocolate Birthday cupcake: Valrhona chocolate cupcake topped with milk chocolate buttercream frosting and rainbow baubles. For anyone that wishes the Milk Chocolate Birthday cupcake was a little more chocolate-y, this is the cupcake for you. I love the milk chocolate frosting at Georgetown Cupcake so this was a winner in my book for sure!
